Moodhu Bulhaa Dive Centre

Moodhu Bulhaa Dive Centre is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre located in Vilimale', Maldives. Founded on International Women's Day 2012 by Zoona Naseem and her husband Shad, the centre was built from the ground up — self-funded over 18 years — with a single purpose: to make diving accessible to every Maldivian. Zoona is the first female PADI Course Director in the Maldives, and a 2019 Oceans Award Local Hero recipient. Our 100% Maldivian team teaches all PADI programmes from Discover Scuba to IDC, in both English and Dhivehi. We also run the Farukoe ocean education programme for school children and sponsor ten Maldivians per year through the Atmosphere Foundation dive scholarship.
