Divers Lodge Maldives

Operating since 2003, Divers Lodge is one of Greater Malé's most established dive operations — a PADI 5-Star Dive Centre based on Vilingili (Vilimalé), just a short boat ride from the capital. Its main branch and training centre sits on the island's calm house reef, giving students a quiet, sheltered place to learn away from the bustle of Malé while still being minutes from the city. The centre is run by PADI IDC Staff Instructor Fayyaz Ibrahim, and diving runs deep in the family — his uncle, Yoosuf Moosa, was the first certified diving instructor in the Maldives. Over the years they've trained a large number of Maldivian divemasters and instructors, offering the full PADI pathway from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water right through to Divemaster and Assistant Staff Instructor level.
