A yellow-stripe monocle bream (Scolopsis auratus), known locally as Dhon fattaa kandu uniya, is a member of the family Nemipteridae (order Perciformes). It grows to a maximum of 21 cm. It is found across the Eastern Indian Ocean, including the Maldives.
