Promethean escolor

A promethean escolor (Promethichthys prometheus), known locally as Kattelhi, is a member of the family Gempylidae (order Perciformes). It grows to a maximum of 1 m (standard length). It is found across the Warm waters of Atlantic, Indian and West and Central Pacific Oceans.
