Convict surgeonfish

A convict surgeonfish (Acanthurus triostegus), known locally as Raabulhaa, is a member of the family Acanthuridae (order Perciformes). It grows to a maximum of 27 cm. It is found across the Indo-Pacific and Eastern Pacific.
