Acqua Adventures Rasdhoo

Founded by Maldivian ocean professionals, Acqua Adventures Rasdhoo operates as the premier aquatic hub of Alif Alif Atoll. Based on the local island of Rasdhoo—a 75-minute speedboat journey west of Malé—the center blends deep local maritime knowledge with international safety standards, serving as an authentic launchpad to some of the Central Atolls' most celebrated dive sites.

Distinguished as the only PADI Instructor Development Centre (IDC) in the atoll, Acqua Adventures provides complete dive training from beginner Discover Scuba and Open Water certifications through to professional Divemaster and Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) programs. The facility is fully equipped for Enriched Air Nitrox diving, allowing certified divers to safely extend their allowable bottom times along the region's deep ocean walls and channels.

Excursions focus heavily on Rasdhoo’s iconic pelagic hotspots. Daily boat trips target the dramatic drop-off at Madivaru Corner, known for schooling grey reef sharks, eagle rays, and dogtooth tuna, alongside pre-dawn blue-water drifts at Hammerhead Point to spot resident scalloped hammerhead sharks. The center also runs seasonal trips to nearby manta ray cleaning stations, drift dives through Kuramathi Kandu, and guided night dives along the vibrant house reef.
